The perfect Combination: Fresh Air, Snow and Culinary offers
After ascending with the Kristbergbahn cable car, guides lead participants on a snowshoe hike to the wonderfully scenic Ganzaleita view point. From the top, enjoy a cosy picnic with regional delicacies such as Montafon Sura Kees cheese. On the way back, marvel at the idyllic Maisäss mid-elevation pasture huts and enjoy a freshly prepared “Kaiserschmarren” shredded pancake to round off the day.
Culinary winter hikes in Bregenzerwald: Day tours, which are bookable through Bregenzerwald Tourismus, unite hiking and enjoyment. The path leads from breakfast to lunch and on to dessert because every meal is hosted by a different mountain inn or restaurant. Guests can select from hiking trails in Hittisau/Hochhäderich, Mellau-Bizau-Bezau and Sibratsgfäll-Schönenbach.

Three different culinary stations belong to a wintry pleasure tour in the Brandnertal or in the Biopshere Reserve Großes Walsertal, by foot or by ski. From hut to hut, from course to course with regional delicacies.
Where do milk and meat come from? Once a week, a guided snowshoe ramble through the Kleinwalsertal gourmet region offers insights into regional agriculture, tastings included.
